Manage billing in three steps

1. Open secure Stripe billing below.
2. Enter the same email address you used at checkout. Stripe sends you a secure sign-in link.
3. Review your invoices, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; keep the confirmation.

Need help finding your payment?

Check your Stripe receipt for the email used at checkout. If you have several subscriptions, confirm the program name and amount before making a change. Do not purchase again because a website return page could not confirm payment.

Refunds and program changes

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an existing charge. Contact SlimGLO to request a refund review or discuss a different program. Your program agreement applies. Billing actions do not provide medication or dosing advice.
