Website use

This website provides program information and links to scheduling and payment services. Client and affiliate portals provide account access, enrollment verification requests, referral activity, and program resources. They are not a medical-record system or a place to upload health documents.

Scheduling with Calendly

The booking page embeds Calendly after that page is opened. Calendly may collect contact details, scheduling answers, payment details where a paid event applies, and technical information under its own privacy practices.

Payments with Stripe

Current month-to-month program payments are processed through Stripe checkout. Before opening checkout, the website records your program, displayed monthly price, terms version, acknowledgment time, and any referral code. A signed Stripe event can associate that acknowledgment with your payment. Direct Stripe links may not have a website acknowledgment record. SlimGLO’s website does not receive or store full card details. It stores limited signed payment-event and order information: event and transaction references, checkout email, program, amount, currency, payment status, subscription reference, referral attribution, and date. This supports receipts, account order records, reconciliation, and support. Records are available only to authorized account holders and management. Stripe and the connected Khalasil Holistics merchant account process payment and transaction information.

Contact and support

When you use the contact form, SlimGLO stores your name, email, selected topic, optional program, message, submission time, and review status in a private support inbox accessible to authorized management. Your email is used to reply to your inquiry, not to enroll you in marketing. Messages are not automatically emailed to support. If you email support directly, your message and contact details are used to respond and coordinate the requested service. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication details, or payment-card information through this form or email. Contact support to request access or deletion of your inquiry, subject to necessary business-record retention.

Portal accounts and referrals

Clerk handles account registration, sign-in, and session authentication under its own privacy practices. SlimGLO stores your account identifier, verified email, name, enrollment request and status, and optional transaction reference. Affiliate records include application information, approval status, referral code, and reviewed percentage commission and payout records. These records are accessible to you and authorized SlimGLO management; affiliates do not receive clients’ names, emails, or health information.

An approved referral link sets a secure first-party referral cookie lasting up to 30 days to attribute an enrollment request. SlimGLO records aggregate referral visits without storing visitor IP addresses. Client referral links use the same 30-day attribution period. Program orders store amounts, payment and service statuses, and transaction references; each client can access only their own orders. Affiliate commissions record eligible program revenue, the applied percentage, earnings dates, and reviewed payout status. Signed Stripe payment confirmations create order records. Orders are associated with a verified account using the checkout email. Program activation, affiliate-eligible revenue, refunds, and completed payouts require review. Contact support for help if the checkout email differs from your verified account email. Contact support to request account-data access or deletion, subject to necessary business-record retention.

Local preferences

Program selection and acknowledgment boxes are temporary page state. This website does not currently save them in browser storage or provide a custom analytics tracker.
